We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Your Vitruvi products can be returned until January Jan 15th, 2026. The original shipping cost is not refundable and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Vitruvi is a Canadian company. If you are charged a Canadian transaction fee by your credit card issuer, please contact us at hello@vitruvi.com and this will be immediately reimbursed to you.
